我的PHP验证图片显示成功-

我想实现，
如果代码输入框里输入的数字和代码图片显示的一样 就显示“提交成功” 并转到。index.php首页
如果输入的数字和代码图片显示的不一样，就显示“提交不成功” 并 返回 提交页面
现在不知道，什么地方，插入什么代码，什么程序？？？？？？？？？
有没有现成的 带图片验证的会员注册递交页面，我已经搜寻过了，找不到，谁能提供具体的网址吗？？？？？？
