基本职责：
了解和掌握当前流行的网络工具
能够熟练使用相关的设计、文档等工具撰写统计与相关分析报告
能够协助团队提高项目的可测量性、扩展性 和可维护性
有TDD和持续集成及迭代开发经验
能够对团队内新成员或技术新手给与辅导与培训
必备条件：
计算机相关专业的学士或硕士学位，或同等开发经验
3-5年的软件开发经验
表达能力强，有较强的执行能力，服从团队安排
有一定的领导潜力，并最终有能力带领一定规模的开发团队
有独立安排工作与开发优先级的能力
熟练掌握OOP、数据结构和相关算法
熟练掌握MVC和模板引擎系统(smarty)
熟练掌握PHP和MYSQL
熟悉SDLC(软件开发生命周期)
熟悉敏捷开发环境
熟练使用包括SVN/CVS在内的代码版本控制系统

Edeng, the leader in free online classifieds within China, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer. The candidate will join a dynamic team of talented programmers developing systems to support the on-line classifieds application. This is an opportunity to further refine your programming skills and move into the fast pace and growing field of information and innovation in the on-line classified market.
Responsibilities:
Support and enhance the current web portal and online tools
Design, develop, document, support and enhance tools for reporting and statistics
Contribute to team of senior developers with the goal of re-architecting said systems for scalability, extensibility, and maintainability
Practice test driven development, continuous integration, refractoring and iterative development
Be mentor and provide guidance to the junior programming staff.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent software development experience
3-5 years experience in software development
Strong communication skills and the ability to perform effectively in a demanding, team oriented environment
Demonstrated leadership potential and eventual capacity to lead a team of engineers
Independent and can manage priorities and tasks
Proficiency in OOP, Data Structures and Algorithms
Knowledgeable about MVC and template systems (smarty)
Strong knowledge of PHP and MYSQL
Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
Experience working in an environment that practices agile development
Proficient in use of source code management systems including SVN/CVS
Desired Qualifications:
Bi-Lingual (Chinese/English)
Team Lead Experience
Search Algorithms and SEO
Automated Testing Knowledge
