proftpd启动时出现 421service not available错误

我的ftp是根据网友提供的proftpd+mysql+mod资料编译的,但是在登录时,却出现
421service not available,remote sever has closed connection错误

配置文件有问题吧，
建议用vsftpd或pureftpd，
不建议用proftpd
